Please note that the conference rate is not available on the hotel’s general booking website or through third parties. This is a limited room block so please book early.

Single/double occupancy: US $189 per room per night (including complimentary wi-fi)
The room rate is exclusive of local taxes

Changes and cancellation policy
Cancellations made 24 hours after the registration deadline time on FEBRUARY 19, 2020 will be charged one night’s room and tax to the credit card number used to guarantee the room booking.  No-shows will be charged the full stay plus tax to the credit card number used to guarantee the room booking. Should you decide to leave earlier than your booked departure date, the hotel will charge for all reserved nights.
