Early registration fee:      US $475
Registration after March 1, 2020:       US $550 

Registration fee includes:

• Attendance at working sessions
• Access to all available conference materials
• Welcome reception on Wednesday, March 11, 2020
• Breakfast, lunch and networking breaks in the exhibition area on Thursday, March 12 and Friday, March 13, 2020

Payment of fee

All fees for conference registration should be paid in US Dollars in advance to the PMA 2020 through the University of Colorado Continuing Medical Education Office and Reg-online Payments are accepted by credit card. Detailed information will be provided during the registration process.

Registration cancellation terms and conditions

The organizers reserve the right to amend or cancel the event where deemed necessary.

PMA 2020 registration cancellations received in writing at [email protected] will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a US $50.00 administrative fee (as per policy). Refunds will not be made on cancellations received after January 24, 2020, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This change can be made by contacting [email protected]. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference. In the unlikely event that PMA 2020 is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Consent to use of photographic images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in PMA 2020, constitutes an agreement by the delegate to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the delegate’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes.
